Short answers to the questions wholesale buyers ask most. For anything else, email us.
Do you sell retail?
No, we sell wholesale only: to shops, distributors, importers and online sellers. Wholesale from stock starts at 100 pcs in total, with at least 20 pcs per design.
What is the MOQ for custom (OEM) production?
For custom production of your own design: 600–800 pcs per design, with your own packaging and label if needed.
Where are the caps made, and where is your stock?
We make our caps in our own factory in China, and we keep ready stock in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
What are the caps made of?
Embroidered caps: polyester-cotton blend (TC). Openwork caps: 100% cotton. Hand-crochet caps: 100% cotton. Some designs are 100% polyester, such as the perforated Kaaba-emblem kufi and the 12-piece set. Each product page lists its material.
What sizes do you make?
We make caps in head circumferences of 21.3, 21.7, 22.0, 22.4 and 22.8 in (54, 55, 56, 57 and 58 cm). Available sizes vary by design, so ask us about the design you want.

Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples of in-stock designs are available for a low per-cap fee, with shipping extra; we quote on request. For custom production, samples are paid upfront at our normal sampling fee and credited against your bulk order.
Do your prices include VAT?
We send wholesale prices on request, by item and quantity. Quoted prices exclude Saudi VAT (15%).
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from China, usually by sea; air freight for small orders is available on request. Transit time depends on the destination: China to Saudi Arabia by sea currently takes about 45–60 days. Our stock in Jeddah serves the Gulf faster.
How can I pay?
In Saudi Arabia: local bank transfer to our company account. International buyers pay to a global receiving account through third-party payment platforms.
How do you control quality, and what if there is a problem?
We inspect goods at every production stage and before shipment, and buyer or third-party inspections are welcome. If there is a large-scale quality problem, we take responsibility for returns.
Can you pack in our own branded packaging?
Yes. We offer custom packaging and can pack in your own branded bags or boxes.
How are delivery dates set?
Once designs and quantities are confirmed, we sign a sales / purchase intent contract with a clear delivery date.
